I’m trying to apply to volunteer to help out at the MEN Arena. I have filled din the whole form and clicked ‘Sign me up!’ and it just asks me if i want to save or open a file, but doesn’t seem to submit it =/

Anyone else having this problem?

know how how to solve it?
