Set the baby whale shark free in dubai!

arrite everyone. listen up.
incase you havent already heard, a baby whale shark has been caught off the coasts of dubai, and is now being held at the new “prestigous” hotel called the Atlantis. now i am living in dubai… and there has been a massive uproar about this. the hotel is only open three weeks, and it is already having a severely damaged PR image. now we here in dubai are boycotting the hotel.. but we cant do much more. protests are illegal here and can fetch up to 15 years behind bars. what we are doing is trying to get international support and put pressure on the authorities(they are useless and unwilling to interfere) and on the hotel itself. we recently found out that the whale shark is being kept illegally, as they need a lisence to hold a wild animal caught and being held in captivity. now we reckon they will get the lisence, as they already got a lisence for 15 wild dolphins to be kept. so ultamitely, i want to stop them getting a lisence and forcing them to release the poor thing. the hotel initially said that they were just going to keep it and tag it, and then release it. now they are saying that they are going to keep it, and observe it, observe its feeding and swimming patterns. now how are they supposed to do that when they are holding it in a fish bowl? its inhumane in every sense possible.the whale shark is being kept in a tank, open to visitors to the hotel(which is also a massive water park, so they have plenty of people payiing to go and see this animal), and more than likely is terified about what is happening to it. from being able to swim freely, to being stuck under a microscope is horrendous! also, whale sharks, when fully grown, reach an average size of a large school bus. the hotel has no tank big enough to maintain and keep this animal suitably. these beautiful creatures swim the oceans, continent to continent, and the poor whale shark, which they named Sammy, will not be able to live free the way she has a right to.
so i am asking you, as a very enthusiastic wildlife conservationist, to please spread the word. i know that we are worlds apart, but every litte helps. living in dubai, i basically have my hands tied behind my back, and i need help. this animal needs help, it needs a voice and i am going to be that voice. my email is .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and please, if you have any suggestions or if anyone can get me the international help i need, or if there is some way you can support me in this plight to save the baby whale shark “Sammy”, please email me! the sooner we get this creature back where it belongs, the less damage we will do to it.
thanks!
