Anyone have any idea when he post his 2009 tour dates?

Sry for giving you bad news but unfortunately there won’t be any tour this year not even a Kokua Festival.
You will have to wait until 2010. I guess he will be recording a new album in winter.
But you can be looking forward to watching the STTS-Tour-DVD in late spring.

:O worst news… :( I have been checking allatonce news all the time, to see if new, 2009 tour dates are posted…and now…I can’t belive…I am sooooo dissapointed :(
Can’t wait for the dvd though:) And hope to see&hear;jack on some concerts in europe tour in 2010!:)

Sry.  But because there is no Kokua Festival this year and he toured nearly all 2008 it is the only conclusion I can draw from it, that he wont be touring this year.
But I think he really really really deserves taking a break and some free time with his family and surfing. He really did a great job last year!

Sure:) Of course he and his family deserves some time off:) But still I can’t wait for the new tour:) And just wanted to say, that it would be great if in 2010 we could see him in europe:) For such a great music-it is worth waiting:) And thx for the info abot this years plans:)

I think it would be most likely that he makes a new album in winter. Because if he really toured again in 2010 there would be, I’m sure, OpenAir concerts again and best time for such concerts would be summer of course. :)
After the soundtrack Curious George he took about two years off but I hope he will be touring 2010 and wont wait until 2011.             
I have also read in a biography about him that he loves to be on Oahu in winter for the waves for surfing are best this time of the year. :)

I hope that he will come to Europe if he toures again. He knows that he has a lots of fans here so I think he will come again. Right for such a great musician it is worth waiting :)

Yeah about the tours etc , i live in Scotland and i wish Jack Johnson wouldd tour Britain or just Scotland i’d love that!

And don`t forget Brasil !!
We want to see a tour too ........

I didn’t have the opportunity to see Jack’s show in Brasil, since than i’ve been waiting for him.
I hope see him at least in 2010!

If you scroll down on the topics page, there is a Kokua 2009 thread where a moderator announced that there would be no Kokua festival this year. :( Sad, I know! I was planning on going too!
