I would like to hear from various people which of JJ’s songs they have found to be most inspirational and meaningful and why. Also, I would be glad to hear some things that you have learned or realized about life itself due to the deep insight JJ points out in this song.

I will list a few to start off. Don’t be afraid to post a song already on the list since your reasoning and interpretations will most likely be different.
Upside Down: This is a fabulous song because it reveals how much of a waste of time it is for one to let life get one down. We are alive here and now, what has happened is past and nothing can change such things. Rather than focusing on our past mistakes and misfortunes, we ought to make use of experience and learn from life. If we focus too hard on the negative and never acknowledge the good, we learn nothing and are prone to repeat our mistakes and end up angry, frustrated, depressed about life.
Fortunate Fool: Man ought to realize that this world is simply a stage upon which we perform our thoughts and beliefs. One ought to accept what he has been given and put what he has been given to good use. Another fact that we must realize is that when we focus too long on the bad, we take the fall quite easily until we set a firm foundation of percevierence and determination to move on with life, resulting in a happy end.

Cause when the pretty girl walks
She walks so proud
And when the pretty girl laughs
Oh man, she laughs so loud
It doesn’t matter what others think of you. Its all about how you feel!
Hope -
It will teach you to love
what you’re afraid of
After it takes away all that
You learn to love
But you don’t Always
Have to hold your head
Higher than your heart
To me it means that the right thing isn’t always easy.
when in doubt follow your heart!

i feel like there is a theme in some of the songs of living your life to the fullest and being able to persevere past and weed out all the petty and insignificant things in life to focus on what really matters. that’s what inspires me.
that being said, i’d say my favorite jack tunes are:
symbol in my driveway
times like these
cookie jar
supposed to be
constellations
go on
