This sucks! I got to see him at Bonnaroo this year, but I’d love to see him again for a longer set, plus I’d love to volunteer at a show but there’s no way that I can make it to any other show out of state. :( I know Texas kinda sucks to play at sometimes, but he does have a huge fan-base out here as well.

Yes - live in Lubbock and really wish Jack would come closer!!! I know Texas sucks all around - that’s why we need people like JJ to come and make life worth living

hahah agreed agreed. I mean the nearest shows are either Kansas or Georgia, but gas is so expensive! AHhhhh it blows

Finally someone who shares my pain. I thought I was the only person from Texas in this forum. We’ve gotta band together and find a way to get Jack to come to Texas.

YESSSSSS!!! Im from Amarillo, and I was totally bummed not to see him playing here in Texas. BUT fortunately, i get to take two-concert road trip to watch him in Kansas following watching DMB in oklahoma city only two days before. Never been more stoked for a weekend in my life.

Yea, I’m in Houston and really wish Jack was coming anywhere in-state. The nearest concerts aren’t close at all, really.

Florida had the same damn problem. there was no close place to travel to see him. the nearest show was in atlanta (5 hours from gainesville, and 9 hours from south florida).
no way in hell i’m driving up with gas being so expensive

Same here….almost tired of trying to find a state that’s close enough to Dallas to see Jack play. I started listening when my kids (9 & 5) drug me out to see Curious George. There is a nice stadium where FC Dallas plays soccer about 20 miles from my home in Denton.
