the two songs you are missing in the encore for St. Goarshausen were Gone and Rainbow (with G. Love), and I think All At Once started the encore.

EDIT: No Other Way went into I Would For You by Jane’s Addiction.

Does anybody have the set list for the Burl’s Creek show? This show was awesome by the way. Zach Gill is going to be huge too, what a phenomenal artist.
